The International Data Week 2018 (IDW 2018) will address the theme of ‘The Digital Frontiers of Global Science’ and provide a meeting place for data scientists, researchers from all disciplines, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policy makers and data stewards. IDW 2018 is combined with the 12th RDA Plenary Meeting, the biannual meeting of the research data community, and SciDataCon 2018.

The 13th IEEE eScience conference (eScience 2017) will address a wide range of topics within eScience, including relevant technologies, applications, and tools. EOSCpilot 1st Stakeholder Engagement Event 28-29 Nov 2017 – Brussels

The EOSCpilot project will hold its 1st Stakeholder Engagement event in Brussels on 28-29 November 2017. The two day event will include plenary sessions with high-level policy and governance representatives, as well as interactive parallel sessions to analyze plans and actions for evolving the five pillars of the project: governance, policy, interoperability, skills and services.

The 13th International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) has “Beyond FAIR - from principles to practice to global join up” as its main theme. IDCC 2018 will address topics such as digital curation, preservation and research data management initiatives. Special focus is on exchanging practical experiences in sharing and curating data, organized in three specific themes: data, skills and services, and value.
