VocBench 3 day, 22nd November 2016, UniversitätsBibliothek of Göttingen, Germany, co-located with the 10th International Conference on Metadata and Semantics Research (MTSR 2016)

Funded by the ISA2 program of the EU, VocBench 3 (aka VB3) is an effort to develop a platform for collaborative editing of OWL ontologies, SKOS and SKOSXL thesauri, and other datasets based on information models of the RDF family, with particular emphasis on collaboration and multilingualism.

NorDataNet has developed full work package descriptions and is now pushing design and user interaction. During the autumn of 2016, a number of user interaction meetings will take place, most probably in collaboration with other infrastructures  targeting the same community. More information will be provided.

NorDataNet is also pushing for a web based issue tracking system allowing user requests to be handled transparently for the user community. This will be implemented within 2016.
